ScriptureDepth is provided for personal, non-commercial Bible study purposes. You may not:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Attempt to abuse or circumvent the AI chat rate limits
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

3. AI-generated content

ScriptureDepth uses AI to generate chapter summaries, topic explanations, and chat responses. While we take care to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Do not rely solely on ScriptureDepth for theological or doctrinal decisions. Always consult the actual text of Scripture and qualified teachers.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at hello@scripturedepth.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Availability

We aim to keep ScriptureDepth available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The ScriptureDepth platform, design, and original content are owned by ScriptureDepth. Bible text is in the public domain. AI-generated summaries are provided for study purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

ScriptureDepth is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
